Mercator Antique Shop JSK review

So yesterday Mercator Antique Shop came in the mail! I am so lucky that I was able to pick up the long JSK in black when it came out in the SF store. I have been wanting this print ever since it am out so I am so happy that I was able to get it! As usual the shipping was very fast and it came to me in less then a week! Now I will be going through the pictures with an explanation of what I think of the dress!

Here is a picture of the full length dress. The colors are more muted then the stock photo but I quite like that.

Here is a photo of the bodice part of the dress as you can see even the top part is highly detailed and I love the lace jabot.

Here is a photo of the Angelic Pretty tag as well as a fabric swatch for if you need to test it in the wash. However I will not be putting this dress in a washing machine. Instead I think I am going to get it dry-cleaned instead.

another thing I like about this dress is the branding that they have pretty much all over the dress.

on the back of the dress they have partial shirring which I really like.

They have these really really cute glitter bows on the end of the dress which I think are adorable!

A picture of the custom lace with the AP logo and chandeliers.

a lot of picture of the details in the print which is what I think I love so much about this dress I just love how everywhere you look there is something new about it!

So I hope you enjoyed this review! Overall I give this dress a 5/5! they have perfect construction and wonderful details and it's just lovely!

thank you so much for reading!

Bodyline Coat L550 in pink and Shoes SHOES192 in off-white review

So recently when Bodyline had their huge shoe sale I decided to pic up a few things! The first was a coat and then the next was a pair of shoes!

So for the coat I would give it 4/5 stars. The quality of the coat is very nice and it is fully lined with strawberry lining. The fur is also extremely soft and very good quality. The only reason why it is 4 out of 5 stars is because it is quite thin. However when paired with the caplet It is quite warm.

Here is what it looks like without the caplet

and here is what it looks like with the caplet

adorable strawberry lining

Bow detail on pocket

Now for the shoes! Overall I would give these shoes a 4/5 as well. They are extremely comfortable and very lovely and detailed. The only problem with them is that it scuffs extremely easily for example in the above photo the left shoe has a very noticeable scuff on it just from trying them on and walking around the house. But they are not difficult to clean so I am not too worried.

Overall rating: 4/5
Quality: 4/5

Why I haven't been posting recetly and updates

Hello everyone! I just wanted to apologize about my absence from this blog! Hopefully I can get it up and running again soon. I just haven't been very inspired by Lolita lately and due to personal issues I am going to take a small break from Lolita meetups and do what I would like to do for a while.

But on to the fun parts!

I just recently bought a few things from bodyline so you should see a review from me on that very soon.

I also plan to order my first gothic outfit from Taobao after Christmas so you will be able to see my review on that as well!

~thank you for your patients and hopefully you will enjoy
